A Vesper Martini balanced with our small batch Vodka and California Botanical Gin, and a touch of Bergamot.
 
Recipe/Approach:
This long lasting fan favorite vesper, we knew we wanted to bottle this as a cocktail that people could enjoy during the week when Jettywave’s cocktail bar is closed. We love how citrus plays with our gin, and wanted to highlight that clean and crisp flavor. 
 
Tasting Notes:
Made with our award-winning California Botanical Gin and Vodka, this is the right blend of crisp flavors and lingering garden essence for your cocktail. Hints of juniper and cardamom partner perfectly with a hint of Bergamot for that mandatory spritz of citrus. 
 
Aroma:
On the nose, the alcohol aroma is gentle for 43% ABV, opening with a soft, lifted citrus note. Subtle creamy undertones from the botanicals round out the aromatics, creating a beautifully balanced expression of a vesper.
