Distilled in the Bay Area beach haven of Half Moon Bay, this Vodka is made from 100% organic, non-GMO corn, which helps create a clean spirit with a naturally soft finish. We designed this vodka with cocktails in mind, its neutral profile camouflages itself into any creation; balanced Moscow Mules, a bold Vesper, or simply served on some ice. Recipe/Approach:
Our Jettywave cocktail program had already begun when we began distilling vodka at Jettywave. We knew we needed to make a spirit that would play well in cocktails, and aligned with our responsibility mission to use local products.  With a meticulous distillation process that ensures we remove impurities to leave us only with the cleanest product, the result is a vodka as pure as our ocean air; crisp, and refreshing. After distillation, another filtering process during its bottling ensures for a clean vodka, meant for cocktail lovers looking for a clean slate.
 
Tasting Notes:
A spirit so fresh and crisp, it reminds us of our seasonal offshores. The use of 100% organic, Non-GMO corn allows for a fuller mouthfeel while enjoying this clean spirit. Visible waves of viscosity reverberate through this infinitely clear liquid, recalling the fog ushering through our distillery. This is an altogether brighter experience that is softer on the palette. The flavor profile is clean, with a slight creamy feel, and provides the perfect base for classic vodka cocktails, as well as our own irreverent Swell Lounge mixologies. Aroma:
When smelt, there is little aroma. Hints of sweetness from the corn base are present but not overwhelming.
