Yacht Club
A playful nod to the classic Clover Club and to our favorite local sailing club just down the road from Jettywave. Bright, balanced, and berry creamy on the end of every sip. It’s also a tribute to one of our founders, Lucy Gillies, who grew up on the water and now gives back through the local Youth Sailing Program. She passes along not just skill, but a sense of place and need for people to be on the water.
RECIPE
2 oz Jettywave Vodka
0.75 oz Raspberry and Rosemary Syrup
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 dash Instant Foamer or Egg White
Add all ingredients to a shaker, dry shake, add ice and shake again. Strain from the ice into a martini glass. Allow the foam to settle and garnish with freeze dried raspberry powder, or fresh raspberries.
TIP
Dry shake your ingredients to froth the egg or foaming replacement. Adding extra air and texture before shaking with ice adds thickness and stability in the foam.
