Tech Billionaire
A riff on a Millionaire cocktail, this Silicon Valley expression uses three of our inhouse spirits from Jettywave. Better than your next app idea, this blends together a variety of flavors for a delicious balanced cocktail. True proof that some ideas are worth pursuing, no matter how crazy it sounds!
RECIPE
1.5 oz Jettywave Small Batch Bourbon
0.5 oz Barrel Aged Orange Liqueur
0.25 oz Absinthe
0.75 oz Raspberry Simple Syrup
1oz Lemon Juice
1 dash Instant Foamer or Egg White
Add all ingredients to a shaker, dry shake, add ice and shake again. Strain from the ice into a coupe glass. Using a microplane, shave fresh nutmeg on the top of the drink (pre-ground works too!). Add a Luxardo Cherry for the perfect ending!
TIP
For a lighter version of this same cocktail, substitute the Small Batch Bourbon for our California Botanical Gin. This delivers a more botanically forward drink, perfect for enjoying out in the garden.
